In alignment with our objectives, Feed the Babies Fund currently focuses on two core projects.
The first project, and the nucleus of our service delivery, is our Amandla kwi Zingane (Power to the Children) project. This project incorporates our nutrition program and the monitoring and evaluation of those beneficiaries. This project has been running for over 50 years and we currently feed over 10 000 children daily through this project.

Our second project is our Isandla Esisizayo (Helping Hands) project and entails the provision of a variety of other foodstuffs and necessary items to crèches, care centres, individuals and other needy organisations.
This project covers the objective of providing items of comfort and joy to beneficiaries and is achieved by allocating other foodstuffs, educational items, clothing, toys, blankets, etc. to the beneficiaries based on a constant needs analysis.
The Isandla Esisizayo project incorporates the maintenance, renovation and building of new crèches and includes our Adopt-A-Crèche initiative.
Beneficiaries of this project are not restricted to the crèches that we assist in the Amandla kwi Zingane project, but a number of other organisations including care centres, crisis centres, orphanages, home-based care centres and individuals are included.
This project positions Feed the Babies Fund as more than just a feeding scheme.
